On 24 June 2012 I reported on some discussions around the question of whether you can inherit ebooks, or pass them on to your heirs. These are interesting questions, and even if the discussions referred to offered a definitive answer, I’m not sure whether (a) it would still be true all these years later, or (b) if the answers related to the legal position in England or somewhere else!
