One of the things I love about nature, and which has become so evident in the Covid19 pandemic, is how it just carries on. For example, the absence of air travel led, in almost no time at all, to clear blue skies.
I was reminded of nature’s resilience when I passed the scene shown in the photo above. A load of cut-down plant life had been dumped (why not use it as compost?), along with a load of wooden and metal detritus.
And amongst it all, a foxglove growing.
